Cancellation Policy To confirm your reservation at Agriturismo Podere Casano, we require a 30% deposit. Cancellation is free of charge up to 16 days before arrival. Balance: Final payment is due 16 days before check-in. Penalties: Cancellations made after this deadline or in the event of a no-show will be forfeited. Failure to Pay Balance: If the balance is not paid by the deadline and we do not receive a response to our requests, the reservation will be automatically canceled 10 days before arrival, with forfeiture of the 30% deposit. Final Cleaning and House Rules: In our information for your stay, we specify that the property does not charge a final cleaning fee, provided the following rules are adhered to: Waste: Apartments and rooms must be emptied of all waste (recycling bins are located outside). Kitchen: The stovetop and dishes must be left clean (each apartment has a dishwasher). Upon check-out, management will inspect the apartment; if it is not found to be compliant, a €60.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Free services: Wi-Fi, linens (linens are changed at the end of the first week for guests staying more than 7 nights), one washing machine per week, drying racks, parking, final cleaning, swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, water, electricity, and gas. Paid services: Small and medium-sized pets are allowed; however, they are not allowed on the beds or sofas; they must be kept on a leash at all times. The cost is €25.00 per stay per pet. A tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person over 12 years of age is applicable. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please notify us in case of late arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 am. In case of delay, the cost of the first night will be charged.
